The person who carried out the service took a bottle of two litres water from my car boot drunk it and left the bottle under my seat. Secondly, he left the used seat cover on the seat. Very disrespecting, am not happy abt this. Others were removed

Very poor experience when I came to collect my vehicle - I had to wait 40mins for my car to be brought to the dealership. No apology and rude response from a staff when I politely chased, who said your drivers had just been made redundant.

Please stop adjusting my car seat - if you need to move my seat forward, okay, but for the short distance you drive in my car, why is there a need to adjust the seat height, seat pitch, and seat recliner? It takes an age to reset!

As before. The car had a recall due to breaks. It was damaged as it was taken to the workshop had a full electric car as a courtesy car with limited places to recharge. I have since found another small dent.

See above. Fault diagnosed battery drain caused by a dash cam just 3 yo fitted by this dealership. Out of warranty but a known issue. New onewill cost £600. I was given a discount of circa £100 but the diagnosis cost £216.00 for a known issue.

I stayed onsite for the duration of my service. The show room is very clean and has good facilities, the time flew by and my car was ready earlier than expected as they knew I was waiting on onsite. They even washed my car! Amazing :)
